The U.S. Small Business Administration says small businesses are thriving

MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- It took longer for Memphis to recover from the Great Recession than most cities, but now small businesses are starting to thrive.

The US Small Business Administration said one way its boosting businesses in economically depressed areas is by making it easier for people applying for loans to get them.
